Call for Proposals Extended - 55th Annual PA Counseling Conference

The Pennsylvania Counseling Association’s 55th Annual Conference will be held at the Hilton Harrisburg - November 3-5, 2023.   This year’s theme is Advocacy in Counseling: Elevating our Clients and Advancing the Profession. Proposals should be geared toward counselors, supervisors, graduate students, and educators. The deadline to submit proposals is Thursday, June 15, 2023, by 11:59 PM ET.

All proposals should address this year’s theme as one of four (4) presentation types: 

• 90 minute Education Session
• 1 hour Education Session 
• 1 hour Roundtable Session 
• 1 hour Poster Presentation (Friday evening) 

Proposals must include a program description, three (3) learning objectives, references used to inform the proposal, and qualifications of the presenters. As a reminder, all lead presenters must have a Master’s degree and be PCA members. Please be prepared to upload a PDF copy of the lead presenter’s CV/Resume at the time of submission. Please review the 2023 Proposal Rubric to inform your submission process.

All proposals will be accepted via Qualtrix, which is compatible with all major browsers on the computer and mobile
