PCA Town Hall: Emerging Leaders Program Development

Greetings PCA Members! 

Please join us for a member town hall on 9/8/2024 from 6-7:30PM where our conversation will focus on an understanding of our opportunities for growth and our areas of success within PCA. The collective will also brainstorm potential strategies to overcome barriers and connect more deeply to our resources. This meeting is a great opportunity for members who have participated within leadership, have aspirations of entering leadership, or just plain have some thoughts about PCA.

Since the 2023 conference, a group of PCA leaders have been assessing the potential impact of a development program for emerging leaders within PCA. Through ongoing discussion with the board, this task force was recently established to identify and address leadership needs within PCA. The end result would aim to create a more sustainable organization for counseling professionals in Pennsylvania.
